Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Fansilo.io affiliate program operated by Fansilo LLC. By participating, you agree to these terms. Affiliates must not impersonate Fansilo or make false claims about Fansilo.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate, you must meet our eligibility requirements, be able to form a binding agreement, and comply with applicable laws and these terms.
2. Registration
You must register for the affiliate program and provide accurate information. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.
3. Referral Links
We provide referral links or codes for your use. You may not alter them or use them in a misleading way.
4. Referral Attribution
Referrals are attributed according to our tracking and attribution rules, which determine when a referral is credited to you.
5. Eligible Transactions
Only qualifying transactions that meet program conditions are eligible to earn commissions.
6. Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated according to the rates and conditions described in the program. We may describe applicable rates in your affiliate dashboard or program materials.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions tied to transactions that are later refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent may be reduced, withheld, or reversed.
8. Self-Referrals Prohibited
You may not earn commissions on your own purchases or accounts, or through arrangements designed to credit yourself.
9. Fraud Prohibited
Fraudulent activity, including fake sign-ups, manipulated tracking, or deceptive practices, is prohibited.
10. Spam Prohibited
You may not promote referral links through spam or other unsolicited or prohibited messaging.
11. Misleading Advertising Prohibited
You may not use false, deceptive, or misleading advertising to promote Fansilo.io.
12. Unauthorized Branding Prohibited
You may not use Fansilo branding, trademarks, or materials in unauthorized ways, and you may not impersonate Fansilo or make false claims about Fansilo.
13. Affiliate Payout Requirements
Affiliate payouts are subject to program requirements, which may include minimum thresholds, verification, and providing any required information.
14. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes arising from affiliate earnings and for providing tax information we are required to collect.
15. Commission Adjustments
We may adjust commissions to correct errors or to account for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or other applicable adjustments.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation for violations of these terms or for conduct that harms Fansilo or its users.
17. Changes to the Affiliate Program
We may modify or discontinue the affiliate program or these terms. Continued participation after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
