1. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Fansilo.io:

• Human trafficking of any kind.
• Sex trafficking.
• Forced labor or involuntary servitude.
• Coercion, threats, or intimidation used to compel participation.
• Exploitation of any person.
• Recruitment, advertising, or facilitation connected to trafficking.
• Any content or activity involving the exploitation of minors.

2. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for their own conduct and for the content they upload, including ensuring that every person involved is a consenting adult and that no prohibited activity is depicted, promoted, or facilitated.

3. Reporting Suspected Violations

Anyone can report suspected violations of this policy using our Report Abuse page. Reports involving trafficking, exploitation, or minors are treated as high priority.

4. Investigation

Fansilo may investigate reports and other signals of potential violations. Review is conducted according to our policies and applicable law.

5. Content Removal or Restriction

Where appropriate, Fansilo may remove or restrict content that violates this policy or that is reasonably suspected of violating it while a review is conducted.

6. Account Action

Fansilo may suspend or terminate accounts associated with violations of this policy.

7. Preservation and Disclosure

Fansilo may preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to prevent serious harm.

8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Fansilo may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or permitted, consistent with applicable law and our Law Enforcement Policy.

9. Emergencies

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report the matter to us.
