This policy explains the consent, authorization, and release responsibilities that apply to creators who upload content to Fansilo.io. It focuses only on consent, ownership, releases, and related responsibilities.
1. Ownership or Authorization
Creators must own the content they upload or otherwise have the legal authorization needed to upload and distribute it on Fansilo.io.
2. Consent from People Appearing in Content
Creators are responsible for obtaining the consent or permission required from every person who appears in their content before uploading it.
3. Releases and Documentation
Creators are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any releases, consent records, or other documentation required for the people appearing in their content.
4. No Unauthorized Content of Others
Creators must not upload another person’s private, personal, or unauthorized content.
5. Non-Consensual Intimate Content Prohibited
Uploading intimate content without the consent of the people depicted is strictly prohibited.
6. No Exploitation of Minors
Content involving the exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. Everyone appearing in content must be an adult.
7. Providing Documentation on Request
Creators must provide consent, release, or age-verification documentation when Fansilo or applicable law requires it.
8. No False or Fraudulent Documentation
Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent consent, release, or verification documentation is prohibited.
9. Removal or Restriction
Fansilo may restrict or remove content where necessary, including where required documentation is missing, disputed, or inadequate.
10. Ongoing Responsibility
Creators remain responsible for their own content and for the accuracy of the representations and documentation they provide.
