Creator Guidelines

These guidelines describe the rules for creating and selling content on Fansilo.io. Fansilo is a technology platform that provides creator and marketplace tools; creators are responsible for their own content, ownership, authorization, consent, representations, and conduct.

1. Creator Rules

As a creator on Fansilo.io, you agree to the following:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
2. You must provide accurate account information.
3. You may upload Photos and Videos supported by Fansilo.
4. You must own the content or have legal authorization to use it.
5. You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload.
6. You are responsible for obtaining required consent and permissions.
7. Do not upload stolen or unauthorized personal content.
8. Do not upload copyright-infringing content.
9. Do not upload illegal content.
10. Do not upload child sexual exploitation material.
11. Do not upload non-consensual intimate content.
12. Do not use Fansilo for trafficking, exploitation, fraud, or impersonation.
13. Do not manipulate the platform or the payment system.
14. You must comply with applicable laws.
15. Fansilo may remove violating content.
16. Fansilo may suspend or terminate violating accounts.

2. Upload Limits

The following limits apply to content on Fansilo:

Maximum 10 Photos per Exclusive Drop.
Maximum 3 Videos per Exclusive Drop.
Maximum 250 MB per individual file.
Behind-the-Scenes content follows the same Photos/Videos limits.
Audio is not a supported product type.
Documents are not a supported product type.

3. Fees

Earnings on Fansilo.io are split as follows:

Fansilo Platform Fee: 30%.
Creator Share: 70%.

4. Adjustments Affecting Payouts

Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud adjustments, or other applicable adjustments may reduce or affect the final amount available for payout.

5. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for their own uploaded content, ownership, authorization, consent, representations, and conduct.

6. Role of Fansilo

Fansilo is a technology platform providing creator and marketplace tools and does not assume responsibility for a creator’s independent unlawful conduct or representations. Fansilo may review reports, remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests.
